Byzantine bottle. Glass. Eastern Mediterranean, 6th/7th century AD. Height: 29,5cm. Condition: Intact. Enamel-like ivory weathering film and wonderful iridescence. Byzantine colourless glass bottle with bell shaped body, a very long cylindrical neck flaring to a U-shaped mouth and a broad ring of applied dark green trailing around it. Ex.
