An impressive and very attractive large and massive Roman marble capital of Corinthian type decorated with acanthus leaves and blossom. The ideal piece to convert into a dining-, coffee- or side table.
Condition: Bruises and missing portions at various points as such is usual on larger pieces of antiquity. Overall condition very good.
Provenance: ex Galerie Nefer, Zurich, old stock item (80’s/90’s) registered in an inventory list of the notary’s office, Zurich.
