Elegant pair of golden bow-earrings. The box of the drop shaped garnet inlay is surrounded with a twisted wire that ends at the top into a volute and a little ring. From a small ring decorated with three globules hangs a bobble into which a glass pearl has a free course. Roman, from Syria, 2nd century AD.
